The Philippine Women's National Volleyball Team is a selection of the best Philippine women players represented by the Philippine Amateur Volleyball Association in international tournaments and internationals.
history
World Championship
In 1974 the Filipino women finished 18th in their only participation in a volleyball world championship .
Olympic games
The Philippines have never qualified for the Olympic Games.
Asian Championship
When they first participated in the Asian Volleyball Championship , the Filipino women achieved their best result in 1983 when they were fifth. In 1991 and 1993 it was only enough for 13th place. It was followed by three eighth places in the tournaments in 1995, 1997 and 2003, with the 1997 championship taking place in one's own country. In 2005 the Philippine team finished ninth.
World cup
The Philippines have not yet played in the World Cup .
World Grand Prix
The World Grand Prix has so far taken place without Filipino participation.
