The Kazakh men's national volleyball team is a selection of the best Kazakh players that the Volleyball Federation of Republic of Kazakhstan represents in international tournaments and internationals. The team was formed in 1991 after the fall of the Soviet Union .

history

World championships

In 2002, the Kazakhs took part in a volleyball world championship for the first time and took 19th place. At the 2006 World Cup they reached 21st place.

Olympic games

Kazakhstan has not yet qualified for the Olympic Games

Asian Championships

When they first took part in the Asian volleyball championship , the Kazakhs reached the final against South Korea . Two years later they slipped to 14th place. At the tournaments from 1999 to 2003 they rose from eleventh to eighth place. In 2007 they finished tenth.

World cup

At the World Cup Kazakhstan has not previously been involved.

World league

Kazakhstan took part in the World League for the first time in 2015 , finished third in Division III with just one victory and was eliminated.
