The Thai men's national volleyball team is a selection of the best Thai players represented by the Volleyball Association of Thailand in international tournaments and internationals.

history

World Championship

In 1998, the Thais finished 19th in their only participation in a volleyball world championship .

Olympic games

Thailand has never qualified for the Olympic Games.

Asian Championship

When they first took part in the Asian volleyball championship , the Thais reached positions 14 and 15 in 1987 and 1989. Two years later, they came in ninth for the first time in the top ten. In 1993 they finished seventh in their own country. The same result was there at the following tournament, while in 1997 it was only enough for eleventh place. In 2003, the Thais returned in tenth place and when they hosted again in 2005 they achieved their best result with fifth place. They finished sixth at the 2007 Asian Cup.

World cup

Thailand has never played in the World Cup .

World league

The volleyball world league has also taken place without Thai participation so far.
