Oğuz Dağlaroğlu (born August 18, 1979 in Istanbul ) is a former Turkish football goalkeeper and coach.

Player career

Dağlaroğlu made his debut in the Süper Lig on February 19, 2000 against İstanbulspor . At Fenerbahçe Istanbul he was number two behind Rüştü Reçber the entire time . In the 2000/01 season he was with Fenerbahçe Turkish champions . For the 2003/04 season he moved from the blue-yellow to city rivals İstanbulspor. There he was the goalkeeper straight away. After the 2004/05 season, he moved to Diyarbakırspor due to the relegation of Istanbulspor . For Diyarbakırspor and later Sivasspor he only played two games.

Gaziantepspor signed him in the summer of 2006 . After two years in Gaziantep , he moved to the 3rd division to Şanlıurfaspor . After only half a season he went to the 2nd division for Kartalspor . From the 2010/11 season he plays for the Turkish second division club Tavşanlı Linyitspor in the Bank Asya 1st Lig . Here he made it with his team in the play-offs and only missed promotion to the Süper Lig in the last game .

After his one-year contract with Tavşanlı Linyitspor had expired, he then moved within the league to Akhisar Belediyespor . Here, too, he immediately established himself as a regular goalkeeper. With his team, Dağlaroğlu reached the championship of the TFF 1st Lig completely surprisingly at the end of the season and thus the direct promotion to the Süper Lig .

In the summer of 2015 he moved to the second division side Adana Demirspor . At this club he was suspended from the squad during the first half of the season and then moved on to Istanbul second division side Sarıyer SK in the 2015/16 winter transfer period .

National team

Dağlaroğlu started his international career in 1996 with a nomination for the Turkish U-18 national team. After he had not come to use in this nomination, he completed two missions in 1997 for the Turkish U-18 selection and five for the U-17 selection .

In 2001 he finally completed two missions for the Turkish U-21 national team .

Coaching career

Dağlaroğlu decided after his football goalkeeping career to be active as a coach and took over the U-15 youth of Sarıyer SK as his first activity in the 2016/17 season.

• Dağlaroğlu belongs to a family that is deeply rooted in Fenerbahçe Istanbul. So was his grandfather Dr. Rüştü Dağlaroğlu was active as a football player, later as a club official and important chronicler for the club.
