format

concept

In September RTS confirmed Serbia's participation in the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest , which will take place in Vienna . It was decided for 2015 to determine the participant through a TV show and through jury and televoting. Shortly afterwards it was announced that Vladimir Graić would compose three songs for three performers. Graić had previously written the title of ESC 2007 Molitva for Marija Šerifović .

RTS announced that two participants in the preliminary round will be well-known Serbian singers and that an unknown performer will also take part. Graić called for applications to participate. A total of 200 applications were submitted, of which the best were invited to auditions in Užice , Niš , Zaječar , Kragujevac , Novi Sad and Belgrade .

Nedeljno popodne

In a special edition of the Sunday afternoon program Nedeljno popodne on RTS1, the ten best applicants sang songs. A jury was supposed to select the participant who will compete against two well-known singers in the national final. The jury included Vladimir Graić, Leontina Vukamanović, Aleksandar Kobac and Dragan Ilić. Mirna Radulović had guest appearances with Rise Like a Phoenix and Nevena Božović with Molitva . Both represented Serbia at the ESC in 2013 .

The jury decided that Danica Krstić and Goga Stanić would be shortlisted. In January it was finally announced that Danica Krstić would take part in the preliminary round.
