Oh Hye-ri ( Korean 오 혜리 ; * April 30, 1988 ) is a South Korean Taekwondoin and Olympic champion. It starts in the weight class up to 67 kilograms.
Career
Oh played her first international title fights at the Universiade 2009 in Belgrade , where she won silver. The following year she was Asian champion in the 73 kg class in Astana . At the World Championships in Gyeongju in 2011, she defeated Milica Mandić in the class up to 73 kilograms after three opening successes in the semifinals , before losing to Gwladys Épangue in the final . Four years later she became world champion in Chelyabinsk in the same class after beating Zheng Shuyin in the final .
2016 was Oh at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in the class up to 67 kg Olympic champion . After victories against Melissa Pagnotta , Chuang Chia-chia and Fəridə Əzizova , she won the final just under 13:12 against Haby Niaré .
