Orla Brady

Orla Brady (born March 28, 1961 in Dublin ) is an Irish actress .

Career

On British television, Brady starred in television series such as The Rector's Wife (1993). Brady made her film debut in Words Upon The Window Pane (1994), which is based on a play by WB Yates. Brady studied acting at the “Ecole Phillippe Gaulier” in Paris . In 1999 she played the lead role of Sheila Cloney in A Love Divided . For this role she was named Best Actress at the Monte Carlo Film Festival.

Brady also plays the role of Siobhan in the series From Lust and Passion .

Brady played the role of Kathleen Fitzpatrick in the two -part American fantasy television film Clash of the Kobolds - The Legend of a Forbidden Love (1999) .

Since 2010, Brady has appeared five times in the US television series Fringe. Her appearances included the episodes Peter , The Other Side (1) , Subject 13 , Return to the Unknown, and The Enemy of My Enemy . In 2010 she also played in the British miniseries Strike Back .

Brady is married to actor Nick Brandt.
