Eastern Church Studies
The Eastern Churches is a theological discipline that deals with faith, worship ( liturgy ), Constitution, piety , religious art and literature of the Eastern Churches addresses of various denominations in the past and present. It differs from Byzantine Studies , Slavic Studies , Science of the Christian Orient and similar subjects in that it focuses on the religious and does not deal with philological and general historical questions independently, for example.
