Ouroux is a commune Déléguée in the French commune of Deux-Grosnes with 342 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) Rhône region of France in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . The residents call themselves Ourotis.

On January 1, 2019, the Ouroux municipality merged with Avenas , Monsols , Saint-Christophe , Saint-Jacques-des-Arrêts , Saint-Mamert and Trades to form the Commune nouvelle Deux-Grosnes. Since then it has had the status of a Commune déléguée. The municipality of Ouroux was part of the canton of Thizy-les-Bourgs in the arrondissement of Villefranche-sur-Saône . Neighboring municipalities were Saint-Christophe in the northwest, Saint-Mamert and Saint-Jacques-des-Arrêts in the north, Vauxrenard in the northeast, Avenas in the southeast, Les Ardillats in the south and Monsols in the west.
