Püttenbollen is the name of a nature reserve in the Lower Saxon town of Weener in the district of Leer .
The nature reserve with the sign NSG WE 114 is 11.8 hectares. It lies between the district of Holthusen in the city of Weener and the Leer – Groningen railway line . The protected area includes a small moor complex in which low and high moor can be found, which is surrounded by wet grassland . The grassland can be used agriculturally as pastureland outside a core zone . The area is drained into the Ems via Dwarstief and Buschfelder Sieltief or Geiseschloot and Ferstenborgumer Tief or Großsoltborger Sieltief .
The area has been a nature reserve since November 2, 1969. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Leer.
