Top scorer Tommy Dunderdale

Before the start of the season, the PCHA teams made some spectacular new signings. The Quebec Bulldogs from the National Hockey Association signed three players. These were Jack McDonald (Vancouver), George Prodgers (Victoria) and Eddie Oatman (New Westminster). Conversely, Harry Hyland and Newsy Lalonde returned to their NHA teams, the Montreal Wanderers and Canadiens de Montréal, respectively. As the construction of the arena in New Westminster was still being delayed, the decision was made to hold their own home games in the Vancouver Millionaires' arena, as in the previous year. In addition, the Royals and Millionaires played their last two games of the season on March 17 and 18, 1913 in Calgary , Alberta and Regina , Saskatchewan , to explore interest in the league in other regions. Victoria was able to secure the championship title early on March 7 with a 1-0 win over New Westminster. Another special feature was that on February 15, the league for the first time allowed the teams with six players per team to compete by leaving out the position of the rover , which no longer existed in the competitive NHA league. However, since this was not well received by the fans, they returned to the seven-player rule. Australo-Canadian Tommy Dunderdale was the top scorer of the PCHA with 29 points, including 24 goals.
