LEDA / PGC 37038 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sm in the constellation Ursa Major at the northern sky , the estimated 38 million light-years from the Milky Way 's center. It is part of the Ursa Major galaxy cluster , forms the galaxy pair Holm 298 with LEDA 213889 and is a member of the NGC 4051 group ( LGG 269 ).
