Palacios (formerly: Bella Flor ) is a town in the Pando Department in the South American Andean state of Bolivia .

Location in the vicinity

Palacios is the central place of the district ( Bolivian : Municipio ) Bella Flor in the province of Nicolás Suárez and is located in the Cantón Costa Rica at an altitude of 202  m . Bella Flor is located on the left north bank of the Río Tahuamanu , the (26 line kilometers) at about 54 kilometers downstream Puerto Rico with the manuripi river to orthon river united, in turn, 410 km below this confluence in the Beni River flows.
