history
The brewery was built in 1435 . The actual Pannhaus was probably built at the end of the 18th century , but parts of it are certainly older. It was the courthouse, bakery and brewery as well as the seat of the Kinzweiler Schultheißen . From 1686 it is still known that a terrible act - fratricide - was publicly atoned in front of the Pannhaus by the hand of the executioner from Jülich . In the 17th century there was a stake in front of the Pannhaus . The other farm buildings are from the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries.
