Party Shaker is the 14th single from the German dance project RIO Der Song is the first single that they released in April 2012 after Tony T left. It was recorded with the American singer Nicco , who is best known for his collaboration with Darius & Finlay , and was officially released on May 18, 2012 as a single and as a download . The song is the first single and at the same time an announcement for the Deluxe Edition of Turn This Club Around , which was released that same year . Party Shaker made it to number 10 in the German single charts and to the top of the dance charts on iTunes .

Music video

The official music video was uploaded to the Kontor Records YouTube channel on May 15, 2012 . It takes 3:32 minutes. The director of the video is Danny Wild. It was shot on the beach in Miami and starts with Nicco, the song's singer, singing the first passage of the song. The whole video can be seen Victoria Kern wandering from one place to the next. You can also see Nicco's face on the young woman's clothes and other things. At the end, Victoria Kern is shown with different bikinis, walking on the beach and cooling off in the shower. It was clicked 1 million times in 3 days.

2013: Most-clicked German music video
Since April 2013, the music video for the Track Party Shaker has been at the top of the most-watched music videos by a German act of all time with over 100 million clicks. It was commented:

“With this video it should be mentioned that the lead singer Nicco is an American, but the music production (text & composition) comes from Yann Pfeiffer and Manuel Reuter (alias RIO). Another 0.5 million views for 'Party Shaker' took place on other video sites than Youtube. Party Shaker is by far the most successful piece of music composed by Germans since the beginning of the digital age that found digital distribution within a music video. "

The song was produced by Yanou and Manian and has been released through their own label Zooland Records and the dance label Kontor Records . The song was sung throughout by the singer Nicco and instrumentally only contains synthesizer elements that come from Manian and Yanou.

Chart placements
