Paul Kipsiele Koech
Paul Kipsiele Koech (born November 10, 1981 in Cheplanget near Sotik , Buret District , Rift Valley Province ) is a Kenyan obstacle runner .
The second of the African Games 2003 completed the Kenyan triumph at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens when he won bronze behind his compatriots Ezekiel Kemboi and Brimin Kipruto .
A year later at the World Championships in Helsinki he was seventh and 2006 African champion. Three times (2005-2007) he has won the World Athletics Finals so far . From 2003 to 2007 it undercut the eight-minute mark every year.
With a height of 1.68 m, he has a competition weight of 57 kg.
