Pavia Jensen

Ole Andreas Pavia Peter Jensen (born July 24, 1877 in Saqqaq , † 1957 ) was a Greenland trade administrator and councilor .

Pavia Jensen was the son of the hunter Johannes Carl Edvard Jensen (1846–?) And his wife Justa Mariane Sofie (1847–1877). His mother died in childbed a week after he was born. Pavia Jensen was Udsteds administrator in Ilimanaq in the 1920s . It was for the legislative period 1927-1932 in the North Greenlandic Provincial elected, but took part in the meetings only to the 1929th After that, Karl Olsvig was his representative. He later served as Udsteds administrator in his hometown of Saqqaq. Pavia Jensen died in the spring of 1957 at the age of 79.
