The Roman Catholic parish church Landeck-Perjen is located in Perjen in the municipality of Landeck in the district of Landeck in Tyrol . The parish church of Our Lady Mariahilf belongs to the Deanery of Zams in the Diocese of Innsbruck . The former Capuchin Church is a listed building .
history
A 17th century chapel was enlarged in 1725 and consecrated in 1752. In 1921 the Capuchins took over the chapel and built a monastery church and a Capuchin monastery according to the plans of the architect Anton Jäger with a conversion and extension.
architecture
The simple church building faces southeast and is structurally connected to a monastery wing. The nave is extended like a transept and carries a roof turret with a pointed helmet. The apse carries a belfry with an onion hood.
The vestibule forms the converted choir of the former chapel. The three-bay baroque nave has a needle-cap barrel vault over pilasters . A broader groin vaulted yoke is followed by a basket-arched triumphal arch and a round apse with a conche and pointed arches.
Furnishing
The baroque high altar shows the altarpiece Mariahilf with Isidor and Notburga and the upper picture Trinity from the middle of the 18th century and bears the statues Magnus and Gallus from the workshop of Andreas Kölle (around 1755). Also belonging to this workshop are the console statues Francis, Antonius, Joachim and Joseph of the nave. The neo-baroque side altars show altar leaves by Hans Bertle (1928). The statue of John Nepomuk is from the middle of the 18th century. There are canvas pictures of Christ on the Mount of Olives, Lamentation, Christ's farewell with the twelve apostles and the three women. The station pictures are from the 18th century.
