Philipp Schellnegger (born August 13, 1997 ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Schellnegger began his career at SC Weiz . For the 2011/12 season he came to AKA HIB Liebenau . Between 2013 and 2014 he also played in the academy of SK Sturm Graz .

For the 2014/15 season he moved to the fifth-rate SV Krottendorf . For Krottendorf he completed 23 league games that season, in which he scored three goals. For the 2015/16 season he moved to the regional division SC Weiz, where he started his career. He made his regional league debut in July 2015, when he was in the starting line-up against Union Gurten on the first day of that season and was replaced by Marco Heil in the 59th minute. In his first season with Weiz, he completed 24 regional league games, in which he remained without a goal.

In the 2016/17 season he made 21 appearances. In September 2017 he scored his first goal in the Regionalliga in a 2-2 draw against Gurten. In the 2017/18 season he played 28 games and scored three goals. In January 2019 he moved to the league competitor Grazer AK . By the end of the season he made eleven regional league appearances for the Graz team, with whom he rose to the second division as champion of the regional league center at the end of the season .

He made his second division debut in July 2019 when he was in the starting line-up against Floridsdorfer AC on the first day of the 2019/20 season.
