Career
society
Rosenberger started at USV Eggersdorf . For the 2007/08 season he switched to the youth team of the Grazer AK . For the 2010/11 season he came to the academy of FC Red Bull Salzburg . After two years at the Salzburg Academy, he switched to the SK Sturm Graz Academy in September 2012 .
In August 2013 he made his debut against SC Kalsdorf for the amateurs of Graz in the Regionalliga . In September 2013, he scored his first goal in the third highest division in a 3-0 win against SAK Klagenfurt . In March 2014 he was against FK Austria Wien for the first time in the professional squad of Sturm, but was not used. By the end of the 2013/14 season he made 23 appearances for the amateurs in the Regionalliga and scored three goals.
In November 2014 he finally made his professional debut in the Bundesliga when he came on as a substitute for Thorsten Schick in the 79th minute against Red Bull Salzburg on matchday 16 of the 2014/15 season . By the end of the season he played twice in the Bundesliga and also played 15 games for the amateurs in the Regionalliga. In May 2015 Rosenberger tore a cruciate ligament and fell out for a long time. He made his comeback in March 2016 with the amateurs. In the 2015/16 season he played one Bundesliga game and ten for the amateurs in the third division.
For the 2016/17 season he was awarded to the league competitor Wolfsberger AC , the WAC received a purchase option. In August 2016, however, he suffered a second cruciate ligament tear and was again long out. In April 2017, after surviving an injury break, he played his first game for the amateurs in the national league . During the loan, he played for the Carinthians in the Bundesliga and six for the amateurs in the fourth-highest division. With the amateurs he rose to the regional league at the end of the season.
The WAC did not pull the purchase option for Rosenberger and so after the end of the loan for the 2017/18 season he switched to the second division Kapfenberger SV , with whom he received a contract that ran until June 2018. He made his debut in the second division in July 2017 on the first day of that season against FC Liefering . In October 2017, he scored his first second division goal in a 4-1 win against Floridsdorfer AC . By the end of the season he made 32 appearances for KSV in the second highest division. His contract, which expired at the end of the season, was also extended by one year. In October 2018, however, Rosenberger sustained a serious knee injury for the third time. He made his comeback in April 2019 for the amateurs of the KSV in the fifth-class league . By the end of the season he came to 15 second division appearances and two major league appearances.
After the 2018/19 season, he left KSV and switched to league rivals Grazer AK, for whom he had already played in his youth.

Rosenberger made his debut against Slovenia for the Austrian U-18 selection in March 2014 . By May 2014 he came to three missions. In March 2015, he played three games for the U-19 team .
