Pielhof is located in the Regensburg region, about 1.5 kilometers west of Altenthann.

history

The name Pielhof developed from Hof ​​zu Pyhel, Pichelhof. In 1446 Pielhof was owned by the brothers Parsifal and Wolfgang Zenger. In 1610 it was one of the single-layer estates of the Donaustauf court, but also belonged to the Altenthann court.

As of March 23, 1913 (Easter), Pielhof belonged to the Altenthann parish and had one house and 11 residents.

On December 31, 1990, Pielhof had 13 residents and belonged to the parish Altenthann.
