Pierre Triponez (born August 7, 1943 in Lucerne ; resident in Emmen LU and Le Noirmont ) is a Swiss politician ( FDP ). He was a member of the National Council .

After Pierre Triponez had completed his Matura in Lucerne, he studied at the universities of Bern and Paris , with a degree in law in Bern. He then worked for the Federal Office for Industry, Commerce and Labor (BIGA) from 1969 to 1986 , and in recent years also as Vice Director. Pierre Triponez then worked for REHAU for two years before taking up his post as director at the Swiss Trade Association on January 1, 1990 , where he worked until June 2008. After he failed in the 1995 elections , the 1999 elections for the Canton of Bern were elected to the National Council. There he was on the National Council's Social Security and Health Commission . In the elections in October 2011, he no longer ran.

Pierre Triponez lives in Muri near Bern . He is married and has two children.
