Sebastian Pigaché (born May 30, 1990 in Berlin ) is a German ice hockey player who has been playing for the Hammer Eisbären since December 29, 2017.

Career

Pigaché began his career in the youth team at BSC Prussia , where he worked through the entire youth department until he switched to the Eisbären and played with the Eisbären Juniors Berlin in 2005 for the first time in the German Youth League. In two years, the right-shooter came to 50 missions, in which the trained center was able to achieve 13 points scorer . The Berliner then joined the league competitor DEG Youngsters , the junior team of the DEG Metro Stars . In Düsseldorf Pigaché was one of the top performers and was one of the strikers with the highest points in the team. In total, he wore the DEG jersey 43 times and scored 53 points.

For the 2008/09 season the attacker signed a contract with EV Duisburg from the German Ice Hockey League . There he was given a sponsorship license and was therefore also eligible to play for the Herner EV league team. Sebastian Pigaché had a contract with the EVD until 2012. After the Duisburg-based company had to file for bankruptcy in the summer of 2009 , he moved to the fourth-class regional league for the Königsborner JEC .

In the 2010/11 season he went on the ice again in the major league for the Herner EV before he joined the Mosquitos Essen in the summer of 2011 . Just a month later, Pigaché announced his return to the Königsborner JEC, where he completed the entire 2011/12 season , scoring 13 goals and 25 assists in 30 main round games. Furthermore, he completed eight play-off games for the team, in which he scored eight goals and prepared another 13 for his teammates, as well as emerged with the team as cup winners of the Oberliga West and so for participation in the DEB Cup 2012/13 was qualified. Previously, on February 19, 2012, his contract was extended for another year.

Nevertheless, Pigachés left the Königsborner JEC on October 18, 2012 and was again obliged to eat mosquitoes . His existence with the mosquitoes lasted only two months, however, before Pigaché's employer reported in writing to the club and prohibited all further activities of the player, after which Sebastian Pigaché was no longer in the squad. By then, the player had completed ten main round games, where he scored three times and prepared another six goals. Another two months later, a move to Lippe-Hockey-Hamm was announced for the entire 2013/14 season. After nine completed league games in the Oberliga West there was another change within the league back to the Königsborner JEC on December 20, 2013, for which he completed a league game against the Kassel Huskies on the same day , where he also scored one goal, but the subsequent one Couldn't prevent a 3: 5 defeat.

In January 2014, Pigaché had to draw a line again and leave his ice hockey club because of his job and his main job and his place of residence limited his activity as an ice hockey player. The next transfer, Pigachés, took place in the summer of 2014 and was accepted by the Hamburger SV ice hockey team . After eleven games played and 13 scorer points, Pigaché had to leave his club on November 27, 2014 for work-related reasons. Less than a month later, he moved within the Oberliga Nord to the ESC Wedemark Scorpions .
