The Plittersdorf class is a type of workboat that is used by the Federal Waterways and Shipping Administration and the Voies navigables de France .

Furnishing

The ships are driven by two marine diesel engines that act on two 5-bladed fixed propellers . With a drive power of around 486  kW , a speed of 20  km / h is achieved.

Further equipment includes a bow thruster , towing gear , a thrust shoulder for boats , an echo sounder and an inland ECDIS .
