Paul and Paula are best friends. You work as a television writer for Bruno's show. Paul is in love with Maria, an old childhood sweetheart, and has weak self-confidence . Therefore, he tries to reduce his extra pounds through exercise. Unfortunately it doesn't work out as expected. With the help of Paula, he goes on a sex diet that is all about having sex, without tenderness and intimacy. The diet becomes a success, only the resolution not to get closer fails. Both fall in love and don't want to admit it to each other at first. Rather, multiple mix-ups, jealousies, and disputes arise before the two come together.
