Pré-en-Pail is a place and a commune déléguée in the French commune of Pré-en-Pail-Saint-Samson with 1,903 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Mayenne department in the Pays de la Loire region .
With effect from January 1, 2016, Pré-en-Pail was merged with Saint-Samson to form the Commune nouvelle Pré-en-Pail-Saint-Samson . The former municipalities have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality. The municipality of Pré-en-Pail belonged to the arrondissement of the same name and the canton of Villaines-la-Juhel .
