Crennes-sur-Fraubée is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Villepail in the north, Pré-en-Pail-Saint-Samson in the northeast, Gesvres in the east and northeast, Averton in the east and southeast, Villaines-la-Juhel in the south, Le Ham in the west and Javron-les-Chapelles in the northwest.
