Saint-Pierre-sur-Orthe is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Germain-de-Coulamer in the north, Mont-Saint-Jean in the east, Sillé-le-Guillaume in the east and south-east, Le Grez in the south and south-east, Vimarcé in the south and south-west, Saint-Martin-de-Condée in the west and Saint-Thomas-de-Courceriers in the north-west.
