Vautorte is about 26 kilometers north-northwest of Laval . Vautorte is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Denis-de-Gastines in the north and north-west, Châtillon-sur-Colmont in the north-east, Placé in the south and east and Montenay in the south and west.
