Ravigny is located about 53 kilometers east-northeast of Mayenne and about 14 kilometers west-northwest of Alençon . The parish is part of the Normandy-Maine Regional Nature Park . Ravigny is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Gandelain in the north and north-west, Saint-Denis-sur-Sarthon in the north and east, La Ferrière-Bochard in the south-east, Saint-Pierre-des-Nids in the south and Champfrémont in the west and south-west.
