La Ferrière-Bochard is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Denis-sur-Sarthon in the north, Pacé in the northeast, Mieuxcé in the east, Saint-Céneri-le-Gérei in the south, Saint-Pierre-des-Nids in the west and southwest and Ravigny in the north-west.
