Saint-Roch-sur-Égrenne is a French municipality with 178 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Orne in the region Normandy (before 2016 Basse-Normandie ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Alençon and is part of the canton of Bagnoles-de-l'Orne ( Passais until 2015 ).

Saint-Roch-sur-Égrenne is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Domfront en Poiraie in the north and east, Saint-Mars-d'Égrenne in the south, Saint-Cyr-du-Bailleul in the west and Saint-Georges-de-Rouelley in the west and Northwest.
