Saint-Sauveur-de-Carrouges is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Le Ménil-Scelleur in the north, Boucé in the north and northeast, La Lande-de-Goult in the east, Chahains in the south, Carrouges in the southwest and Sainte-Marguerite-de-Carrouges in the Northwest.
