Saint-Mars-d'Égrenne is a French municipality with 677 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Orne in the region Normandy (before 2016 Basse-Normandie ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Alençon and is part of the canton of Bagnoles-de-l'Orne ( Passais until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Médardais .
