Lonrai is a French commune with 1,134 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Orne in the region of Normandy . Lonrai is part of the Alençon arrondissement and the Damigny canton (until 2015: Alençon-1 canton ). The municipality is part of the communauté urbaine d'Alençon . The inhabitants are called Lonréens .
geography
Lonrai is about four kilometers northeast of Alençon . Lonrai is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Colombiers in the north, Damigny in the east, Condé-sur-Sarthe in the south, Pacé in the west and Cuissai in the northwest.
Route nationale 12 runs through the south of the municipality .
