The Canton Alençon-1 (formerly Canton Alencon Ouest) is a French constituency in Arrondissement of Alençon in the Orne department in the region of Normandy ; its main town is Alençon . Léone Besnard ( PS ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Département since 2012 .
