The Canton Vimoutiers is a French constituency in Arrondissement Mortagne-au-Perche , in Orne and in the region of Normandy ; its main town is Vimoutiers . Guy Romain has been a representative in the General Council of the Département since 1998. Its layout corresponded to an area of 199.48 km 2 .
