The canton of Courtomer was a French canton in the Arrondissement Alençon , in the Département Orne and in the region of Lower Normandy until 2015 ; his main town was Courtomer , and Odile Duval was the last representative in the General Council of the département from 2001 to 2015 (re-elected in 2008). The canton was 146.61 km² and had 2,681 inhabitants (1999), which corresponded to a population density of 18 inhabitants per km².
