The Canton Flers-Nord was by 2015 a French canton in the Arrondissement of Argentan , in Orne and the region Basse-Normandie ; its main town was Flers , and from 1998 to 2015 (re-elected 2004) Gérard Colin ( DVG ) was the representative in the General Council of the Département .
