Cerisy-Belle-Étoile (formerly Cerisi-Belle-Étoile ) is a French municipality with 724 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Orne in the region Normandy (before 2016 Basse-Normandie ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Argentan and the canton of Flers-1 (until 2015 Flers-Nord ). The inhabitants are called Ceriséens or Estolians .

Cerisy-Belle-Étoile is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Caligny in the north and east, La Bazoque in the east and north-east, La Lande-Patry in the south and south-east, Landisacq in the south and south-west, Tinchebray-Bocage in the west and south-west, Montsecret-Clairefougère in the West and south-west and Saint-Pierre-d'Entremont to the west and north-west.
