Joué-du-Plain is a French commune with 255 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Orne department in the Normandy region (before 2016 Basse-Normandie ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Argentan and the canton of Magny-le-Désert (until 2015 Écouché ). The inhabitants are called Juvéplaniens .

Joué-du-Plain is about eight kilometers southwest of the city center of Argentan . Joué-du-Plain is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sevrai in the north and north-west, Écouché-les-Vallées in the north and north-east, Avoine in the east and south-east, Vieux-Pont in the south, Rânes in the south-west and Saint-Brice-sous-Rânes in the West.
