The municipality consists of the two villages Ménil-Hubert and Rouvrou . It is located on the three rivers Orne , Rouvre and Noireau . Ménil-Hubert-sur-Orne is located in the heart of Norman Switzerland .

Culture and sights

The Ménil-Hubert church has one of the most beautiful pulpits in the department. It originally comes from an abbey near Rouen . In 1968 it was classified as a Monument historique . The church of Rouvrou was destroyed as early as 1150.

Economy and Infrastructure

The district of Rouvrou in particular is heavily influenced by tourism. The Rouvre River is very popular with white water enthusiasts.
