Le Ménil-de-Briouze is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bellou-en-Houlme in the north and west, Briouze in the north, Pointel in the northeast, Lignou in the east, Lonlay-le-Tesson in the east and southeast, Les Monts d'Andaine in the south as well as La Coulonche in the southwest.
