Moncy is a French municipality with 251 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Orne in the region Normandy (before 2016 Basse-Normandie ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Argentan and the canton of Flers-1 (until 2015 Tinchebray ). The inhabitants are called Moncéens .

geography

Moncy is about 48 kilometers south-southwest of Caen . Moncy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Valdallière in the north and west, Condé-en-Normandie in the east and Saint-Pierre-d'Entremont and Montsecret-Clairefougère in the south.
