Valdallière is a French commune with 5,951 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Calvados in the region of Normandy . It belongs to the Arrondissement Vire and the Canton of Condé-sur-Noireau .

The municipality was created in the course of a regional reform on January 1, 2016 through the merger of 14 former municipalities, which now represent districts of Valdallières. Vassy acts as the "superordinate district" as the administrative center.
