Landes-sur-Ajon is a French municipality with 426 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Calvados in the region of Normandy . It belongs to the arrondissement of Vire and the canton of Aunay-sur-Odon . The inhabitants are known as Landais .
geography
Landes-sur-Ajon is located around 20 km southwest of Caen . The municipality is surrounded by Tournay-sur-Odon in the north, Vacognes-Neuilly in the east, Préaux-Bocage in the southeast, Banneville-sur-Ajon in the south, Le Mesnil-au-Grain in the southwest, Épinay-sur-Odon in the west as well Parfouru-sur-Odon in a north-westerly direction.
