geography
La Villette is located about 27 km west of Falaise and 36 km south-southwest of Caen . The municipality is surrounded by Saint-Lambert in the north, Saint-Rémy in the northeast, Clécy in the east and southeast, Proussy in the south, La Chapelle-Engerbold in the southwest and Saint-Pierre-la-Vieille in the west and northwest.
