Neuilly-le-Vendin is a French municipality with 346 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Mayenne in the region Pays de la Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Mayenne and the canton of Villaines-la-Juhel (until 2015: canton of Couptrain ). The inhabitants are called Noculéens .
geography
Neuilly-le-Vendin is located about 37 kilometers northeast of Mayenne on the Mayenne River . The parish is part of the Normandy-Maine Regional Nature Park . Neuilly-le-Vendin is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Patrice-du-Désert in the north and northeast, La Pallu in the east and northeast, Saint-Calais-du-Désert and Couptrain in the east, and Saint-Aignan-de-Couptrain in the south and south-east, Javron-les-Chapelles in the south, Madré in the south-west and Saint-Ouen-le-Brisoult in the west and north-west.
The former Routes nationales 176 (today's D176), which was identical to Route nationale 807 here , runs through the southwest of the municipality .
