R + S came under fire in 2009 because it rented its former main building "Am Kreuzacker 2" in Eichenzell to a brothel that made headlines across Germany. However, two years after its opening, the 5th element is no longer an issue for politicians, according to the online portal osthessen-news.de in 2011.
