Raúl Mario Ruidíaz Misitich (born July 25, 1990 in Lima ) is a Peruvian football player who has been under contract with Seattle Sounders FC since 2018 . His preferred position is the storm.

Ruidíaz began his career with América Cochahuayco , a farm team from Universitario de Deportes . From September 2009 he played for the professional team of Universitario de Deportes, with which he was Peruvian champion in 2009. In January 2012 he moved to CF Universidad de Chile .

On June 1, 2011 Ruidiaz made his debut for the Peruvian national team when he came on as a substitute for the game against Japan . He scored his first goal in a 2-2 draw against Venezuela on March 25, 2016. He was also in Peru's squad for the 2018 World Cup , after two 0-1 defeats against Denmark and France and a 2-0 win against Peru Australia were eliminated as third in Group C in the group stage. Ruidíaz was substituted on in the first two games.
